--International Trade

Mainly we are engaged in import & export machinery, equipment, electric appliances and general commodities and transit trade, an export agent for manufacturers. We have exported our goods to Asian, African and Latin American countries. Being an importer we also import computers, stainless appliance to Mainland China.

--Civil Engineering Contracti ng

Since her foundation in 1959, COMPLANT GROUP has contracted and completed more than 1,400 civil engineering projects over 100 countries in the fields of building construction, railways, highways, civil aviation, petroleum, chemicals, and metallurgy. In fact, we have an experienced project managerial team in this industry.

As a subsidiary of COMPLANT GROUP, we began to contract project in Hong Kong in 2001, and have awarded two projects amount to HK$ 100 million from the Hong Kong Electric Co, Ltd and CLP Power HK Ltd, namely they are tunneling & trenching works for 132KV cable installation and Tai Wan--Yau Ma Tei 400KV substation project. Up to now we have had the most sophisticated and the unique tunneling machine with a 2.15M cutting head in diameter in Hong Kong. And we also have experienced project managers in this area who have close relations with the projects owners, therefor we could provide quality services to our customers.

As a tax agency, we provide full range of services to Hong Kong and Mainland based companies and overseas Multi-national companies, including tax planning, tax agency, tax clearance and tax refunding on exported goods. We are one of the three companies entitled by the Chinese government to introduce managerial personnel and personnel with special expertise to Hong Kong, in fact we have introduced more than 300 personnel majored in engineering, accounting and management to Hong Kong based companies. Meanwhile, we are also one of the 10 companies are authorized to introduce skilled workers and technicians to Hong Kong, up to now we have introduced more than 3000 workers and technicians to Hong Kong employers.

Being the finance pool and settlement centre of H.Q., our company have the capacity to provide money loans and real estate mortgage to small and medium sized enterprises and individuals (Money lender’s license No.: 140/2001). Meanwhile we also have investments in capital market. In the run, we have established a good relations with securities brokerage companies and mutual fund management companies which enable us to provide financial services to the Mainland enterprises and companies which want to raise capital in U.S., Hong Kong, and European capital market.
